Free Eye tests anywere?

Anyone know of anywhere doing free eyetests at the mo? No glasses needed as part of the deal?

If you work in front of a PC for long periods then your employer will pay for the eye tests by law. Also people on benefits can have free tests. I dont know of any others.

Try this link found in hukd under Dolland & Aitchison:…695

people with certain medical conditions including diabetes can get free tests

Got a voucher for a free eye test in front of me that I haven't used yet. Just can't bloody read where it's for......

if you require a very strong prescription (I think in excess of -9/-10 for short-sightedness) you get a test for free.

Anyone still got the downloadable free test voucher that expires 31/01/07? I downloaded it a couple of months ago (since removed from D&A site), but after a recent hard drive crash I no-longer have it.
