Unfortunately, you are not eligible for this Amazon Top Up in Store offer
This sound like 'go to the office, but don't go', 'get on the bus but if you don't need to do it, don't do it', 'work from home but if you can't, don't work from home'. If the PM can say this, why Amazon should not say the same?
