Free Ten Minutes Workouts

Short on time? Hate the gym? Too tired to exercise after work? These 10-minute workouts are just what you need.

These equipment-free fitness routines are great to do at home and short enough for you to easily fit them into your daily schedule.

There are 6 workouts, 1 for every day of the week if you include a rest day, each working on a different area of your fitness.

10 minutes, then includes 6 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down. Both seem excessive for a 10 minute workout. A 15 minute workout with 2 & half minutes warm up/cool down would be a better use of your time. Also DON'T stretch before a workout, only after. Your muscles need to be fully warmed up before you can stretch them. You'll just injure yourself.
