A similar deal was posted a few months ago, however seems that had expired.
Seen some of these selling on eBay so did some digging and if you download the app and play a game, you will be shown a link and you fill out your address and within 28 days, you will be sent 3 packs of top trumps. The jaguar and Land Rover ones appear to be in a limited edition box.
Limited to 5000.
