I agree.

Back in a bit, just got to get my girl out of her action-man outfit and my son out of his tutu and get them ready for bed.

I can understand why she doesn't want to buy one.....

I bought mine the kitchen and the little house when he was one.

Freecycle is handy, but you have to be quick on there - if there's something good, it'll be gone within a matter of minutes!

Kind of like here sometimes, now that I think about it... :whistling:

I unsubscribed from my local Freecycle. fed up of all the spam and tat.

I mean how many dear old ladies who are house bound and can't collect so you please drop it off, I really need a laptop for my child's home work are out there.

My seven year old boy was helping me chop up veg earlier and asked if he can be a chef on telly. If not, a footballer. He loves The F Word. On the other hand, he loves Ugly Betty.

Out to make an impression is 'our' Birdy...as always!!!

My 2 year old son loves playing with his sister's kitchen and he puts her baby to bed, but he does LOVE anything transport related (cars, trucks, etc).

As long as he seems well balanced then I feel there's no need to stop boys playing with girls stuff, might make him more independant when he's older - unlike his daddy :giggle: !

I am not sure I would be so open minded as to buy him a Fifi doll, but everyone to their own LOL! - quite admire you for being so open minded.

he's 2 and LOVES fifi I don't really care as long as he's happy. Hes a very affectionate child and adores the doll. Best of all though it can be programed to match the childs day so if he wakes up too early for example, and tried to play with her she says ' shhhhhhhhh its still sleep time' or words to that effect and he goes back to sleep!!!

Called you & Birdy SCUM for watering down booze & then thought about it & realised (correctly I hope?!?!) that you had done it as youngsters so deleted my 'offensive' & hurtful post.
Couldn't hate ya...well not for long. The Scots are well known as the most hospitable & accomodating of races so no-one would call you cheapskate.
I can still call you Scots can't I?!?!?!?!

wondered why it had disapeared
As far as I know Scots is still fine.
And trust me Watering down Booze is somthing I got re educated on very quickly
