Freesat 4k

I'm interested in switching from Freeview to Freesat. My LG TV (OLED55CX6LA) has a built in Freesat tuner so thinking of getting a dish put up on the wall. I have a couple of questions..

1) What LNB do people recommend for Freesat 4K viewing

2) Will the Freesat tuner in my TV display 4K channels or do you have to purchase a Freesat 4K TV box
