Freeview PVR - not too pricey but one that works!

Hi, I'm looking for a PVR for my mum, she can't pay the earth for one but it needs to be reliable, 'cos if anything goes awry she'll be on the phone to me to sort it out. The ones in Argos for about £80 look ok spec-wise, but they're all out of stock. Must be twin tuner and needs to have series link facility (looking around is seems like some don't have this facility?). Can anyone recommend anywhere else to look for one? Or offer any recommendations for sub-£100 pvr's? She doesn't want to get one mail order, she wants to be able to take it back to the shop if anything goes wrong.

    Ta muchly :-)

the topuptv ones are pretty reliable now and mucho cheap - you should be able to pick one of them up in many places. You don't need to subscribe to use it by the way :-D

Just to update, I got one of the refurb Thomson TUTV boxes off fleabay, was fine to begin with but now cuts recordings short, locks up frequently and is generally a PITA. Was worth a gamble for 30 quid, but I'll be looking for a new one for her when we all get back from our jollies, and it won't be a TUTV box.....:-(
