Hi all. I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a good place to buy freeze dried fruit (particularly strawberries). I've tried a few off Amazon and they either didn't do much for me or they had annoying small amounts.

Surely there must be some more obscure small companies that sell freeze dried fruit?

    Still do, but price has shot up from what it was. Nearly £3 for a tiny tube (used for cake decorating in my case... As in, buy a shop cake, cuick these on top, and voila, looks handmade) same with desserts.. anyway, strawberry and raspberry they do..very tart (taste) indeed!
