OK, so my daughter's hair straightners went kapput, she said they sparked near the base, then the tripper switch went. Well I just changed the fuse on them and they work again, but I'm paranoid, lol. Would the plug fuse blowing make the straightners spark like that? or would that indicate they have developed a fault that blew the fuse?
