Game Trade-Ins

Just downloaded the latest Game Trade-in list. Noticed that they have a £15 trade in value for Pro Evo 2008. Through Argos you can get 2 x Pro Evo 2008 for £25 for the PSP. You could then trade these into Game and be left with £5 profit. Just wondering how the staff react to people "exploiting" the policy and has anyone ever been refused a trade-in???

are the prices chaged daily store-by-store or nationwide??

I am pretty sure they are done nationwide through head office

But then you would make a £5 profit to spend instore, not an actual £5 note

On the 1st page of the guide it says "Please note that cash prices will vary to trade-in prices"

Plus that was at the published rate it changes daily

argos charge £50 foe evox2 so you aint making owt

it is 19.99 for one game, or 2 PSP games for £25, so that fact is right that you will make £5 profit, just isnt certain whether it is cash or trading instore credit

yeah correct...even when taking vouchers you could then use that kinda like a £5 off your next purchase...for example...GTA IV
