I emailed them on the 19th December, regarding the Sales of Goods Act. I got an email telling me they would respond as quickly as possible. So far I've heard nothing...
Should i give them a call? I already spent 15mins on hold on 27th December :@


i would phone and make sure i spoke to someone and got an answer?

yeah. i would have been content with a repair but they take another ten days. by then it will have taken a month to get it sorted. not on really!

could you not take this into a store and perhaps try to sort it this way? least you'll have someone to talk to instead of hold music?
