Ok, i ordered some items at the start of May, items have not been delivered.

I have printed off a claim form to send off, my question is, can i round up my claim or does it have to be the exact amount of the order?

I am so annoyed with them i want to increase my claim.

I know i probably can't just wondered if anybody else has tried

hi, the claims form bit is new, i normally phone them, then they offer me either a full refund or to send another replacement, why dont you just phone them, unless things have changed thats a million times easier

I would be honest. If they catch you out on price they will think you also took delivery of items.

Yeah i suppose, the order was £37.96, was just thinking of putting £40 on principle.

Of?

And risk having your whole claim rejected for lying.

Is that £2.04 going to help you seek professional help for your annoyance? Don't do it. They claim will get rejected by Royal Mail when the receipts used by Game for the sale are produced and they will refuse to put through a 2nd claim for the correct amount as you have already fraudiently claimed

is this meant to be a comedy thread? Hate to imagine what would happen if OP fell over a twig on a council pavement
