Gameyeeeah terrible customer service :(

Around a week ago I ordered an R4 from gameyeeeah... around 3 days later there site has gone down and I get an e-mail saying they have lost the details of my order.. now I have no account on the website and they are no longer replying my e-mails. At first it was ok because they said "we will ship it as soon as possible" which never really answered my question with a date. I requested a refund 2 days ago and still no reply, I hope something comes of this.

Anyone else had problems with gameyeeeah? Was this solved or still ongoing?
