The Lenovo has a slightly better performing processor that runs a little cooler making for less whiney fan noise. It's also cheaper but realistically you would need to open it up and add an extra 8GB of RAM to make it perform at it's best for gaming.
The Asus is more expensive but has double the RAM out of the box. But it's worth noting the screen backlight uses PWM - This means anything but 100% Brightness will have a super fast flicker to it which can cause headaches and migraines for people who are sensitive to it. If you have a history of these with screens then it's probably best to give it a miss.
Both have their pros and cons. But even if just purely considering the screen issue for me personally I would go Lenovo but upgrading it would be a number one priority.
