My son would like this Gaming PC however it appears to be sold out.

CyberpowerPC Centurion i7-1080Ti Gaming PC - Intel Core i7-8700K, Nvidia GTX 1080Ti 11GB, Z370 Chipset, 16B RAM, 240GB SSD, 2TB HDD, Liquid Cooling, 600W 80+ PSU, Wifi, Windows 10, Corsair 460X

amazon.co.uk/Cyb…2L6

This is one I seen on hot UK deals

CPU
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 3.8GHz
RAM
16GB DDR4 3000MHz
Graphics
Radeon RX 5700 8GB
Storage
512GB Adata XPG SX8200 Pro NVMe SSD

Can anyone recommend a gaming PC please. I literally know nothing about them. It’s for my son he wants the top one from the Amazon link but it’s only a used one remaining for £700. Budget is around £900. Don’t need a monitor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Build it yourself, you will be soo much happier after I promise you that, and it’s a lot cheaper
If you search for 8700k and 1080ti on eBay in Sold Items the cheapest item is £820 then £1000. £700 used like new is a great price.
Rx 5700 is a bit over a 1070ti, but I don't think it's as good as a 1080 or 1080ti
The reason the first one is sold out because it had a 1080 and they arent produced anymore

Check out awd-it.co.uk
They do some decent pre built systems and you can select some upgraded parts too. Not sure about availability this close to Christmas though so better reach out to them
What's your budget? Do you need a monitor/keyboard/mouse?

I would put it between a 1080 and 1080 Ti - Techspot 17 game average:

Why not build one together?

Some people are not comfortable building them and if there was a faulty part new builders wouldn’t have a clue... plus I would go for at least a mid tower for better cooling and easier to work and a 2070 Gpu at least...

A 5700XT beats a 2070

If they needed better cooling then add a case fan or two

I can't see why an ATX mid case would be easier to work in

Hmm, TechPowerUp put the 5700XT marginally ahead. 5700XT models by Powercolor are still cheaper than the cheapest 2070 model right now. And RTX will half your FPS. The AMD drivers are at a point now where there are no issues

Also those benchmarks seem to be comparing what they describe as one of the better 2070 cards, which costs £470 right now

The 5700XT Red Dragon and Red Devil have been reviewed very favourably?
