Hi there I can send the specs of my current PC. It can hold up all games at max graphics at 60fps (i dont go above as my monitor is 60hz). It should be a lot cheaper now as I built this last year but at the time it cost me £600. Check the specs out and you can change them around to improve and it should hit your budget perfectly. Only problem might be that on some games it is fairly loud, it does quieten over time and you could upgrade the cooling system anyway and it shouldn't go over your budget. Im not sure if you're looking specifically at Nvidia or AMD but this is my AMD setup budget PC. Hope it helps!

My PC specs
-------------

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 580
Memory - 16GB Corsair Vengence
Hardrive - (SSD) Samsung 970 EVO 250GB
External Hardrive - 1TB Storage
Motherboard - ASRock B450M
PSU - 500W Aerocool Integrator
What resolution?
Target frame rate?
Type of games? AAA or eSports?

The one recommend by @Cisco060606 is really good but it would also help to know the above requirements.
