What would the best way to do this be ? Something like...

amazon.co.uk/BUY…031

Would love something like this but I think it would probably end up being too expensive to go all around

The lawn edging from Amazon looks reasonably priced and will be easy to fit.

Instead of the stuff from Waitrose you would be better with real stone but either of those options will be a lot more expensive but best to check with your local builders merchants.

If cost is a factor then stick to the Amazon stuff you can’t go wrong .

Same here.

If you use an edging stone make sure it is the same height as the lawn so that you can mow the edge. if the stones are higher than the lawn you won't be able to cut the edges well and be left with bits of longer grass.

The stuff from Amazon looks decent - you need something like this to maintain the edge. Without it you tend to get a smaller lawn and wider flower borders whenever you maintain the edge!
Did mine last summer, reshaped the lawn and filled in the gaps with turf and seed. Easy to do and blocks are about 60-70p each.

Means I can drive my mower over them to cut the edge of the grass easily.

Very similar design! I have a few sweeping curves too. Worth the effort as it helps keep everything tidy.

I use a Bosch Isio on it's telescopic handle to keep the grass edge neat.
