Garrrr Tesco direct!

    Has anyone else had problems with them not delivering on the date they said they would?

    Ok so i brought an ipod on saturday, they sent me an email saying it would be delivered between 7am-7pm on tuesday. So waited all day and nothing! No van or anything, lucky i had wednesday off as well and waited all day till 4pm when i sent them an email asking them where it is.
    So far today ive had nothing, not even a response to the email apart from they have got the email I sent.

    Anyone got any idea what to do I needed the ipod this weekend, can i go out and buy another one from somewhere else and just cancel the order? or can i refuse delivery to get a full refund?




    I usually get a text on the day it gets sent out giving me a time slot, odd that you haven't received one? What does the status show online?

    It just says dispatched and has done since tuesday

    Might be an idea to call customer services

    ok phoned them and there confused, it got put on the van yesterday which is still a day late but they lost the van on there tracking system so im just waiting for a call back as they don't know whats going on.
