I paid £70 for an 8.1 megapixel Samsung camera two years ago and thought I was getting a bargain then. With the depreciation of techno products in recent years you will be getting this 11 megapixel at a good price although how long it retains it's value is a bit unpredictable.

Some mobile phones now even offer 8.1 megapixels on their cameras so that gives you an example of how fast advancements are being made in the world of technology.

Don't get too hung up on megapixels, my DSLR 'only' has 8 megapixels but i can guarantee it will take much much much much better pictures than any phone

OP - it seems to have a reasonable optical zoom, and a large display, although i've never heard of the manufacturer. I'm a Canon man myself and their choice of point and shoots are pretty good. I picked mine up for a little less than £80 and it's really good, i'll hunt out the model number for you
