Going to Paris. Need IDeas what is the best to do.. Also cheap Euro Disney tickets....

    Hey Everyone

I am going to Paris soon and i was wondering what are peoples best experiences of things to do while you were there. I know i could look up websites and find things out that way but i wanted to get the opinion of real people and hwo they really felt about the activities they did, both good and bad.

Also looking to go to Euro Disney while i am there and wondering if people have found good site to get the tickets for as cheap as possible.

    Thanks In advance

I loved Sacre Couer in Mont Martre. So quiet and peaceful on the steps in front, and you can see over the whole of Paris. Someone was playing pans pipes when I last visited .
Had fantastic baker nearby too with a queue of locals outside waiting for fresh filled baguettes. Very good memories.

batobus is great when you need a rest from all that walking, round trip takes about an hour (i think), from the eiffel tower to notredame and back down, stay on as long as you like about 10 stops on the way :-)

Paris Plage on the Seine is back again this year. Take a stroll as the road is closed and they import loads of sand and have a lot of free activities.

Also make sure you go up the arc de triomphe around sunset, you get amazing views of Paris.

We bought a bus ticket for the open top tour which gave us a discount on our DLP tickets - sorry I don't remember just how much it all was.

There was a deal for Disney tickets on here not too long ago. If you took a train journey in France and presented your train ticket at Euro Disney they gave you a free entrance ticket!
I was very tempted to go, but have only just got back from holiday:roll:
Sorry I don't know when the deal finishes.

Just did a quick search on here, and that offer ended at the end of June. P&O ferries have an offer of 1 free ticket to Euro Disney with every booking though. Tickets valid until September, and 15% off all other tickets

if you collect tesco clubcard points you can exchange them for a olne hour cruise on the seine for pretty cheap!!! You could also try the catacoombs only about 4euro entrance and their pretty unusual if your not queasy!!

Go to the Louvre - brilliant place and get to see the Mona LIsa, also Eiffel Tower, and if you like shopping - Boulevard Haussman is a great place includes Galleries Lafayette !!!
