    Good football betting strategies?

Anyone know of any good betting strategies that they wish to share.

I know there are no guaranteed strategies, but does anyone have any generally successful and profitable strategies that they use?

    there is only 1 winner

All the money you plan to bet.... put in your savings account rather than placing bets and you will be better off over the long term.

    Works every time.

I do accumulators but I do draw no bet on all the teams. Odds are shorter but there are always draws that let you down so this has been quite successful for me!

Both teams to score usually works for me especially if there is an early goal can almost always guarantee to be able to cash out at a profit by half time to play it safe

    More than 0.5 goals

I found that the most success I had with gambling was when I stopped betting.

skybet reward you each week with a free bet.

bet365 give you your money back if you pick the winner on all channel 4 horse races. odds need to be over 4/1.

I use betfair as odds are greater and you can cash out. But fixed odds, bet365 for me.

Bet365 is my favourite by a long way.

Bet365 is decent, I mainly use William Hill though. Over 1.5/2.5 goals etc is my normal route of betting. That way you don't care who scores..less of a heart attack normally.

You never see a poor bookie. Mugs game.

Savings accounts are boring though. I.d say I break even on betting, I don't set out to win big, just bet on a few football accumulators weekly, but I.ve not got an addictive personality, it makes footy more interesting, but if I can't see 3-6 teams I think will win then I don't bother

In terms of a tip, do not bet on weekend football accumulators with a Monday night game involved, the amount of times I.ve lost because Man U, Chelsea, arsenal have failed to turn up on a Monday night ...

and if you intend to bet on your own team think with your head, not your heart. My beloved team usually win when I bet against them..X)

good luck because you'll most likely lose most of your money

    follow me, I'm on fire!

Bet365 all the way. Over 2.5 goals acca's are a good way to go. Also bet on Salzburg to socre more than 3.5 goals, mental how many goals in their games...

I use bet365 and soccerway app for stats. I don't bother with low odd bets. Normally look for 1.8 and above and just see if I can spot one I fancy.

I'm actually up from when I started but I don't expect to make big money out of it I just treat as a bit of fun and never bet enough that it would **** me off if I lost.

My tip... Don't get suckered into twitter tipsters and don't bet when you're bored or angry.
