Found 30th Dec 2009
About 10 months ago I bought a home cinema unit from Goodmans Direct. It has now developed a fault (DVD won'r read discs), but I notice that Goodmans Direct have now closed down. Anyone got any ideas about how to claim on the warranty? Anyone actually done this?

Thanks Newbold, I tried calling and got nowhere. I have emailed too, but no reply so far. The site also says refer to your retailer for warranty claims and that Goodmans don't have a warranty service themselves.
