Anybody manage to get hold of Go Pro support.

Both their phone and online chat are always engaged and then you finally get cut off.

Probaby the worst customer support I have ever encountered.

You just have to be persistent, their CS is shocking. Best time to call them is first thing, guaranteed to get thru.

I emailed them last year and they were spot on very easy to deal with

thanks both for your replies.. tried first thing in the morning with both phone and chat at the same time.

the chat was the first to be answered. the actual support team were very good, just need more of them
