My Dad accidentally ticked a box when placing an order on Amazon and he now has an Amazon prime account for 1 year costing £47. He did not understand what it was and just thought it was free delivery. Is there any way of him getting a refund?. The order in question has been delivered. I had a look and it seems like if the above order had not yet been delivered he could cancel it, is this correct? Thanks
