Groupon - what to do if no voucher arrived?

I bought a body shop voucher about a month ago from Groupon. Nothing has arrived and have emailed the addresss about a week ago that sent the confirmation that I had purchased it. Is there a specific email address for enquiries? Shall I raise a dispute with paypal? Thanks

go to your groupon account and it will be in recently purchased,
If you logged into GROUPON go to My Account ( top right side ) and then click on to' my order' you should get a lists of what you ordered in the past which you then can print it out.
I think I must be really dense.Off to check (for the voucher not as to whether I am dense)!
