you can get a gym ball on its own from asda for around £3, or you can get the ball along with a mat, and stretch aids for around £18. Both of which are a very good deal if you ask me??

I got a mat from *********'s for £3 they also had other fitness stuff ie ball and weights etc all at discounted prices

dunno why it has stars lol s.a.i.n.s.b.u.r.y.'s

I'd recommend you get a decent fitness ball, the thicker the ball, the more stable it is!

Cheap balls are often very thin which makes them wobbley and abit too soft!

I would AVOID reebok balls talking from experience!
