Has anyone dealt with 'MyNewCheap'?

I'm getting concerned about my order from 'MyNewCheap'. If anyone has any past dealings with them plaese could you let me know how it went...?

Although the quoted delivery time has not yet been exceeded, I am still yet to recieve any e-mails from them. I've tried to contact them about the status of my order but no response!! They took payment from my account on the 24th Oct, but still no sign of a dispatch date!
Please help to put my mind at ease.....

I didnt realise they were on ebay...thanks for that. It certainly does look a bit dodgy. Now i'm even more worried, even more so now that the main distributor has changed the description of my product and increased the price of the spec i've ordered!!!!
I'm just holding out a feint hope that i get an e-mail tomorrow saying its on its way and i'll get it on friday....then I won't have to complain.

I recently ordered a scala bluetooth headset for £80 from MNC. They didn't deliver and they didn't respond to emails.
When they eventually did respond they were very rude and unapologetic.

I am now pursuing them through a small claims court to recoup my money. I can forward you my email correspondence if it helps. I would also be more than happy to advise how you can use the small claims court to recoup your losses. It is a very easy online system which only takes a few minutes to set up.

I ordered a pair of converse from them. Being that it was a .co.uk website I was not very happy, that after I made payment, I was sent an email stating, if I had any questions to contact service@winservice.com.Tel +86 0755 83266282. Which is in China. Not what I expected using a uk website. I got the order about 3 weeks later. They were the wrong size and wrong colour. I have sent 3 emails for help, and have had no reply for a week. I wont be using again. I will let you decide.

It's a common, but wildly inaccurate assumption that just because it has a .co.uk domain, the company is UK based.

Hope you get your money back.
