Has anyone ever bought from Richer Sounds refurbished before ?

I'm looking for a new tv for my PS5, I got an email today from richer Sounds saying they have a sale on their refurbished TVS, there's some really good prices there but was wondering if anyone has purchased one from there before and what was their experience like ?
