Has anyone had a problem printing the M&S evoucher from bespoke offers

Managed to purchase one of these vouchers but when I try to print it the print out has the amount, 16 digit code and barcode missing. I really wanted to use this in store but can't because of this problem, phoned bespoke offers they didn't know what the problem was. Any suggestions or solutions would be greatfully received thanks
