Has anyone received ' Thank you for visiting… view your saved basket' from John Lewis?

I constantly keep getting bombarded with emails once every 2 days.

I have unsubscribed/emailed them - yet, no response and am still receiving these!

Has anyone managed to resolve this? If so, how?

Have you logged in and removed any items in your basket that should resolve it.

It was empty to begin with....but I just signed in, added something and then removed.

Hopefully it should go away.
