Has anyone returned any products via hermes to DEBENHAMS? and did you receive your refunds?

Returned an order in early January, was delivered 3 days later. Got the refund on my credit card about a week after that.

omg!!!! how??!

I arranged courier collection and this Eastern European woman came to collect instead of scanning the parcel on the app she took a picture of the barcode . I knew immediately that’s not how it’s done, she gave me the blue card but when checking it there was no parcels attached to it so when I questioned her she said it takes ten minutes. I knew it doesn’t and she was gone

Hermes hire anyone so you can trust them

Returned between Xmas and new year and it was refunded onto card about 2nd week January

Beaware as mine took over a month back in januaray it was large item the cimpany said they didnt get it back thankfully took picture of thr parcel and tracking and the fompany refunded me

Beauty item, have you checked the T&C's as some items are excluded from returns unless faulty.

In regards to normal returns hopefully you should be ok as they are still trading, might take a while for the refund to come through.
Remember to keep evidence that you sent the order back.
