    has anyone tried the slimming tablets you can purchase from the sunbed shops

    ok i know its not a quick fix but my friend has started on them and she says shes full of energy and has already started to loose the weight plus she feels better for it

    was just wondering if anyone else has tried these and what there experiences where

    ps : i have seen the ones u can buy from buts etc but at nearly £60 i dont have that kinda cash just to throw away if it doesnt work

    eat healthly and step up a bit with excercise, it will shift, it worked for me, i lost almost 2 stone :thumbsup:

    just cutting out high in fat junk food and eating more fruit n veg will give you more energy

    i used t5s and exercised , they DO work . Any 1 who says they dont , then simply dont know what there talking about . However they could be health risks for certain individuals

    your not far off , some are illegal now , young lads were taking them in place of speed and now ephidrine has been made a class b drug

    What's with women and slimming quick fixes? Why won't they learn?

    I'm in Rio atm, and the women are well fit, and not a tablet in sight. They walk/jog up and down the beach front all day. It's an oglers paradise

    Eat half the meal and throw the remainder away.

    Do this with every meal you make.

    After a week, make less food per meal and do the same again.

    Walk as much as possible and try watching TV standing up and moving around.

    Give if 2 weeks and you will see results.

    skipping is good, if you have kids they may have a rope? or just a couple of quid at argos, ab roller are not expensive either

    I do kinda agree....why not just cook half the amount (buy half the amount)....then aswell you wont be tempted to empty your plate.(well you can empty your plate....Im meaning you wont be tempted to eat as much as normal...

    No I read your post completely...I personally dont really see the point in buying and cooking food just to waste it :w00t:
    When I wanted to lose weight I just reconsidered how much I made...worked fine from me, as there was no more to eat...I didnt have the choice of eating as much as normal....from your argument I guess this is 'adjusting my mind' from the cooking stage. From a psychological POV surely it makes more sense to view it as 'when your plate is empty you have eaten everything you are therefore full' than 'although I havent eaten everything I made for myself I dont want to eat anymore'.

    I just dont really see why your saying not to cut portion sizes in the first week....lets all make banquets and just throw it all away!!! :?

    No they don't work and even if they did as soon as you stopped taking them you would put the weight back on.

    As Lou said change your eating habits and a bit more exercise, it doesn't matter where if you get my drift ;-) makes all the difference

    Hence there are so many diet options available until the person gives up and says they are big boned or they have the wrong thyroid problem etc etc etc.

    For a person to reduce the amount of food intake immediately is hard on the mind.

    If the person wants to lose weight, they will start to realise that they are eating to much food.

    They are slowly educating themselves that they need to reduce the amount prepared and bought.

    But it could be that it's not the portion size but the types of food.
