Has anyone truly cut the cord with their landline and gone to a 4G connection?

My BT line rental is up for renewal in the next few months, based on what I am spending I am now looking at moving across to a 4G connection - it works out about half the price for approximately 100GB of data per month which should be plenty and the speed difference is negligible.

If anybody has done the above is there any downsides that you have experienced?

thanks

Have you got any usage stats for yourself? I know I’d eat 100gb a monthquite easily so I have never looked at it. The speeds you can get are good if you don’t have fibre
Where are you getting 100gb of 4g data that's cheaper then a cheap fibre broadband?
Let alone half the price

Either that's one hell of a data deal or your paying way over the top for your broadband.
