so you're not worried that it might be stolen?
Unless they change the 15 digit imei which is burned into the firmware then that dog aint going to hunt
I'm not speaking from experience, but looking over their site and using services like these myself I can't find a reason to doubt it.

Yes it was down as lost or stolen, EE think its an insurance scam, said they couldn't do anything.
I've put in a police fraud report, but "it is not possible to investigate each report received" so no holding much hope.

they say they 'clean' the imei from the list. They don't change the imei, I think that's illegal.

The list isn't cleanable by anyone by the networks-they'll just change them imei.

I'd love to know how that's done (_;)
Beijing iPhone operates IMEIPLANET.COM. They say that they can unlock AT&T iPhones. Their original policy stated that one could close their account and they would refund any unused money, so I decided to try and get some iPhones unlocked. After they rejected 9 IMEI's that were out of contract and not blacklisted or stolen, I asked to cancel my account and get my money back. They now refuse to give me $81.50 that is on deposit with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE DISHONEST.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with as they don't stand behind their product. To add insult to injury they don't want to issue a refund and I was forced to file a fraudulent transaction complaint with my credit card company so I could recoup this mess. I order Samsung blacklist removal service on 6/7/2017 and the service was supposed to be done in three business days but after a week I had not heard anything so I inquired for an update and another week later they responded saying they would try again. So I went through process again and still no success. I asked repeatedly for a refund and they stated they would issue one but here I am almost two months later and still no refund so I had to contact my credit card company. I would no recommend doing business with this company and I am going to post this on every message board that I can warning people not to waste your money here.
