Has anyone used the Whistl / Parcel2go service?

Found 18th May

See above, I have about 60 1kg parcels to send inland with no urgency and it would save me £38 on Royal mail 2nd class. £136 vs £174 + probably a bit more if I pre pay.

From what I gather UPS collect or I drop off a large box with the addressed parcels in, they take to Whistl who apply the postage and pass them to Royal mail for delivery.

On the face of things it would seem a good option that even removes the hassle of printing postage labels off as all you need to do is give a qty and put address labels on but there is very little feedback on this service online + there is no long term commitment to anything.

Has anyone used it or know of anyone that has?, any ideas on delivery times?,any losses or breakages?, alternatives etc?
