    Has this happened to you?

My wife has had her laptop for about six years (Running XP Professional). Until now all the Microsoft updates have been ok, but yesterday the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Validation tool reported that Outlook was not genuine. This seems daft to me, since it is part of Office 2003 and the other programs are ok.

Has anyone found a way around this, otherwise I think I might have to install another version of Outlook or get her to use Outlook Express instead?

Thanks for this. Since it is genuine I have no qualms about doctoring the WGA settings. Will give it a go.

Hi, this has happened to my dad too, he just clicks off it and carrys on as normal. xx

its happened to my mate too, he's bringing his laptop in tomorrow for me to have a look at. I don't fancy doing all that carry on though. Any easy fixes?
