I'm going to have to register www.havearsenalwonatrophy.com.

ew, those "sponsors" links really ruin it now.

it was a lot funnier with just the "NO" before.

Just thought I would "re-ignite" this thread.

    Ha! Brilliant.

Pointing out that 'Chelsea fans' aren't ticked off by this isn't exactly a decent 'bite'.

In fact we really aren't taking this season seriously. Why else would we play Kalou or Ferreira?

how many minutes is he up to now without a goal, or even more than one shot on target lol?

Lmao. Chelsea fans pretend they're so not bothered about it.

    Fun times :') hahaha :')

11 games now and tbf he never even looked like either scoring or over exerting himself last night, £50 million is embarrassing and he should be ashamed of his performances so far. I also find it hilarious at the Chelsea fans who are claiming not to be too bothered, if he had signed fo rany other club and performed in the same way they'd be crowing from the rooftops.
I still have my doubts as to who wanted him, who bought him and whether he himself wants to be there.

    11 games wtf!

so he is close to breaking the 1000 minutes barrier - LMAO

he was so obviously only there for the dosh. So he's been paid over a £1000000 for sweet FA, if not making them lose more games if anything!

£7.5 million for Forlan doesn't really compare to £50 miilion though does it?

    thegroutch

it was a fair whack 9 years ago

It's not quite comparable but ain't far off.
As a Liverpool fan I think he needs a rest and to get a few players behind him who we enable him to play of there shoulder.
He will come good but I feel sorry for Drogba more then anyone, been a loyal servant to Chelsea FC for a long while.

We (Man Utd) got him too early in his career imo. If he came when he was in his mid-late 20s he would have been a United legend.

Have to agree with that now. Still talk of him coming to the premiership some how, loads saying LFC, but that was bull.

Even in his 30s he tore up the latest World Cup - won player of the tournament didn't he?
I could imagine him playing for either Spurs or Liverpool but would still like him at United for a few seasons.

Think Harry will likely go in for him this summer. Think there was talk of him trying last and his playing partner Mr bobby Agro.

From what I have seen of him this year he is well past his prime. The likes of Spurs and Liverpool do not want to go down the road of signing players like him these days, they should be aimimg for players of higher quality and longevity than that.

I beg to differ. There are still some energy in some of the older players.
Why not get them on a free/dirt cheap to add an instant impact and experience to the team. IF Wenger had done this with a few centre backs and keeper (not Lehman) then they would have won at least one trophy this season.

The reason Chelsea fans aren't that bothered about it is because it's not simply an issue of him not playing well. He's making the right runs and getting in the right positions, but he's been unlucky and Carlo has got the tactics wrong.

Last night was absurd. He's not the type of player you can leave 20 yards from the nearest player and pump balls up to. Malouda shouldn't be in the team at the moment and as much as it pains me to say it, neither should Lampard.

Woy Hodgson tried the same tactics with him on a lot of occasions and found this out.

as a liverpool fan, I can say that these two were a fail:
