    chicken and onion skewers, yummy

goto a local butchers, they usually do amazing homemade barbq stuff, skewers steaks etc

    Chargrilled peppers

Mind get a few ice buckets for those beers, cheap car wash buckets and packs of ice out supermarket, or just fill the bath with ice and lob them in there.

Part bake some baked potatos, cut opena nd leave to cool. Fill with cheese and wrap in tin foil.

Stick them in the tin foil on the bbq for about 20 mins - they taste yummy!

I recommend corn on the cobs + chilli powder + lemon juice = delicious.

    skewered peppers,onion,cherry tomato,mushroom and rolled up streaky bacon...mmmm. delicious.:-D

That ]rack of carrots looks quite good, might have to give that one a whirl at some point!

For a nice dessert, cut length-ways down a banana but not all the way thru the skin at the other side.
Open it up, put some bits of dark chocolate along the length. Wrap up in double foil and bake on BBQ for about 10 -15 mins. This is good on dying charcoal.
It's also nice with a drizzle of Archers (Peach liqueur) instead of chocolate. Or adding a drizzle of orange juice with the chocolate.
