    Can someone point the difference between HD Ready 1080p and Full HD TV ?

    Yep, but don't forget some descriptions will say 'accepts 1080p signal', meaning it can take a 1080p feed and then downscale to 720. Some 720p TV's can't accept a 1080p signal at all.
