Nitty Gritty combs are …Nitty Gritty combs are goodhttps://www.nittygritty.co.uk/site/home.aspavailable for around £8 https://www.pharmacyfirst.co.uk/nitty-gritty-nitfree-comb-nit3122.htmlJust a case of conditioning and combing also apply a few drops tea tree oil as a repellent afterwards

I second nitty gritty combs . They are life time proof ! Very well made and robust and the best way to get rid of them blighters by combing them out the hair
Conditioner in hair. White sheet on shoulders. A few clips to assist holding hair up.

Lather on the conditioner as this loosens the blighters grip. Section hair. Comb away. Do this on day 1... tgen day 5..then day 7 ...say 10 etc. It's the best way to get results.

As other poster said, tea tree as a repellent (eucalyptus and lavender are good too)
