Health Magazine Six Pack Challenge, Can it really be done?

Found 31st May 2012
Six broadcasters achieve six-packs in less than two months

Rising to the annual Men's Health fitness initiative and working out to get the sorts of abs normally seen on the athletes they cover, were BBC Football Focus Dan Walker, Sky Sports' football pundit Chris Kamara, Sky Sports' Rugby Club presenter Alex Payne. All of the competitors were over 30 and Kamara at 58 was the eldest. Others submitting their bodies to the cause were Radio 5 Live's Mark Chapman and Soccer Am's Max Rushden.

Perfectly possible considering the shape they were already in and the effort they put in.

already at a pretty low body fat and just lost some pounds over 6 weeks to decrease body fat to expose some muscle underneath?

yes possible.

also lol at lighting/tans in after pic, that helps to give the impression that its made a bigger impact as well.

The best one out of the lot is Ben Shephard though, mirin his cut (no homo)

Also Chris Kamara looks like if he tenses any more he will burst a vessel somewhere

It's more a trickery of lighting and what a body looks like post workout, which is why in Bodybuilding the difference between Pre and Post workout is the difference between an average body and a unique body, some people double up in size after a workout.

Good lighting, nice shadows, nice full body workout, and they look dehydrated - Of course they've probably lost a few lbs, in 6 weeks you can lose over half a stone.

More a ignorance of humans than anything lol. In one mirror I can look ripped because of the lighting, in another I can look normal, same thing.

Sheppard has always been in top shape, but little changes like dehydration, post workout and lighting can make the difference between the first and the last.
