Jay on HUKD team ...please for the love of all that is vaguely holy, copy & paste B.S. like these posts on the discussion thread are going to be the death of another area (this one "discussions" )
I's like this is the offal dump for crud that's not good enough to chop up & even serve to schoolkids as a mechanically recovered twizzler!
After watching the programme years ago that showed how McDonald's "McNuggets" are made, I've never touched a processed chicken nugget since. I know there's nothing wrong with them in essence but every time I see a bag of them in the supermarket and think "Mmm, they look nice" I think of the pink sludge and it makes me shudder! Crazy eh?

I've seen programmes like that too and far more disturbing ones about the conditions these birds are kept in. These days I'll only buy free range chicken. Before everyone moans that's fine if you can afford it, we have to eat processed cheap stuff, I can't afford it. Chicken is a treat.
This is standard price, been getting them for years

Exactly. Pink goo. Sorry, I'll pass. I know it's psychological and that's my problem. I'll stick to Quorn nuggets. Yes, I know it's a fungus!
