I stupidly deposited money onto the website gonebingo.com and then realised I couldn't afford it and requested for them to reverse the deposit but they are refusing to give me my money back telling me I have to wager it...but all I want is my money back. Any advice?

Nope they wont let you withdraw without wagering

whats wagering?

Here are the withdrawing rules
gonebingo.co.uk/htm…php

I do not see how they can refuse to give you your money back.
If you get any further problems contact you bank

EDIT I presume you have deposited £25 or more?

Thats unbelievable. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with that. I would try contacting citizens advice to see if they can give any pointers on what you can do.

Contact your bank and at least request a £50 overdraft to cover yourself before the charges roll in
