    I have tried to buy somethings online from jane norman but it didnt exept my order and said there was a mistake but i tried somany times and still nothing and when i looked at my bank saving account ballance my money was gone can someone give some advice for anyhelp you will be repped thanks

    Exactly the same happened to me with Tesco Direct. I ordered Band Hero for £120 online and it said there was an error and the order could not be completed. I ordered again and you guessed it they charged me twice £240.
    I took me 2 weeks to get my money back, after they said that I had collected both the items already.

    Why not contact your bank first and then Jane Norman customer services ??????

    thanks but my orders didnt go through so im thinking is the banking holding my money or has jane norman take my my money

    I would suggest that Jane Norman website server had a problem. Contact their customer service and check the status and inform them that multiple payment has gone out your bank. Then call your bank and tell them the same thing and ask them to recall the payments - they will be able to see that there is obviously a glitch somewhere especially if all transactions are for the same amount.

    That would mean the money is somewhere in the no mans land of banking.... get onto your bank, give them the details of the transactions and ask them to clarify what has happened. They should be able to reverse them if not complete :thumbsup:

    thanks hopefully i should get my money back soon

    two things:-

    1. If you paid by credit card you are insured against any loss.

    2. If you raise a transaction dispute with your bank they put the money straight into your account until its resolved.
