    Help !!

HELP!!! - My neighbour just dropped a parcel round which should have contained my £101 PSP from Viking. In my excitement, I quickly opened the box only to find a collection of catalogues and nothing else. On closer inspection, it looks like the box has been opened at the corner and the blue polythene that was holding the contents down cut with a knife and my PSP nicked!! My neighbour signed for the box so any ideas? Obviously, I'll phone Viking tomorrow but I doubt they're going to believe me. Help!

It Has Viking all over the box but no courier name on the label, so I presume it came direct from Viking

Viking customer services are very good in my experience. I doubt they'll be a problem.

Good luck and hope they sort it for you.

hmm maybe you neighbour took a look at the page she signed or the persons van

Yes, if I did have a problem my argument was going to be that I didn't give authorisation for the package to be left at my neighbours house. Not because I didn't trust them, but because I would have checked the contents of the parcel before accepting delivery. That said, how often do the delivery guys give you a chance to check anything, they've usually got the signature pad pushed under your nose as soon as you answer the door! I'm going to be more careful in future though...

    Same Day delivery? WoW!

Viking are now in my good books!

Well Done - when I started reading this, I was thinking the worst! - really pleased that you'll get a new one - a big well done to Viking too!

We have always found Viking to be excellent about deliveries. They were once a day late with a parcel delivery and we received the contents free.

They will be fully covered by insurance of course and I'm sure that sadly they are used to having goods stolen. Their customers services is second to none.
