Help buying a drill

As the title states, I'm after a drill... I did have one but not sure if I've misplaced it or lost it! Anyways these two popped up and just wanted somebodys opinion on them, somebody who knows about this stuff better than me.
I'm only wanting it for the odd DIY job as I'll be mainly using it on car seats/carpets with a soft brush attachment when I wet vac them, it just helps bring the dirt out the fibers.
