    help choosing a Ladies Bike

Am looking to buy a bike, only riding about 7 miles a day, looking for comfortable, step through sit up and beg type as find seated position more comfortable. Apart from this and being only 5'4" with 29" inside leg, not sure what specifications I should be looking for / prioritising. Budget max £200. Want easy maintenance spec, looking to improve poor fitness. All advice gratefully received. Is it better to wait for Xmas or New Year specials or try for Black Friday deal? Help! Thanks everyone

    Personally I'd buy second hand.

I bought three premium brand bikes [Giant, Boardman and Specalized] and an aluminium Apollo for my daughter throughout 2015, all mint condition, virtually unused and less than half the store price.

Thanks for your advice, what specs should I be looking for for easy maintenance, good ride gears/chains etc ?

Decathlon (B-Twin) bikes get good reviews.
As you're after a step through type bike - and assuming you don't have too many hills, these look good for the money:
    £199 (you'd want size M) - decathlon.co.uk/elo…tml
£169 - decathlon.co.uk/elo…tml (if it was my money, I'd get this one - comes with dynamo lights and rack)
    £139 (only one size I think - 26" which is M) - decathlon.co.uk/elo…tml

I'd love to help with it but I'm far from competent, sorry.
