Just really wondered if anyone can reckomend a different provider, please, as he's away at the moment it's left to me to try and sort it out., I don't really even know whay sort of thing's i'm suppose to be looking for. Rep left for decent stuff, would be gratefull for any help. Thanks

this is only if you have o2 mobile otherwise £12.50.
they are offering 50£ quidco cashback and 3 months free.

Yeah o2 never had any problems with them and the are cheap if you have a mobile with them contract or pay as you go and have great customer services.
Also £50 cash back, with quidco

BT recently came up trumps for me when I said that I was moving away from them, the contract price remained the same( I think that OFCOM controls their pricing) but they give me a credit that reduces the price for the length of the contract.

We do have sky, but not sure what we have!

Make sure your usage fits into their charging regime.

i would just like to add this all providers have limits only sky broadband does not .. o2 has a limit of 100gig a month if you go over your conection is suspended . if you go over with bt your speed is restricted . so the right provider i salot more important than what you think . we all use our connection alot more streaming live tv and online gaming to just mention 2 things . true unlimited broadband is very important for everyones future uses of broadband . just consider what your uses will be . an example : if you miss eastenders and decide to watch it in HD on the bbc i-player this 1 program will use around 700meg just for a 30min program ..

all i would say is read the small print b4 you go with a isp .. if your unsure phone and ask your allowed limit each month
if you have 3 kids like me all with there own laptops playing games , watching tv , listening to music and not counting all the downloads they do .. this builds up to your allowence very quickly

As above go with o2. Get a free sim and top up £10 every 3 months to qualify for the discount.

£7.50 a month, unlimited downloads and top notch customer services.

I asked O2 about the Fair usage policy and they said they dont cut you off if you exceed this fair usage policy its only if you continually overuse.

However unless you are a high user downloading everyday constantly you wont ever get anyway near that download.

You need to check which providers are available on your exchange, both o2 and Sky are useless if you cannot get their LLU service.

i was told that they have 100gig fare usage policy by a manager because i needed to know as yes i doo download a large amount ..i was also toldd that they will put aa block on your internet conection if you go over this amount .. why would i say this if it was untrue ? only company that does not have a fare usage policy is sky .. im not promoting sky its just a fact .. im with bt which when i go over the 100gig fare use limit my download speed is restricted too 2meg between 5pm and 12pm which they say are peak times ...

100gb a month is a huge amount of downloads. Most people wouldn't use anywhere near half that imo.

ere...ere...i'll 2nd that cause we have the same problem with no LLU enabled exchange which bumps up the price to £27 a month for home phone & broadband.

If your in a cable area Virgin Media is the way to go.
