Have you updated to the latest version of flash?
Try chrome as well
porn has broken your computer.

I had this problem but it was a long time ago and my memory is not good. Anyway I was not able to cure it permanently but by turning it off when it was showing a green screen then turning it back on again I was able to get rid of it on a case by case basis............I think.
As others have stated it may be a problem with flash or it may be your resources running low and it might be a good idea to check how much room you have left on your phone/tablet/laptop

phone ?

don't see any mention of this being a phone in original post
right click on a video and go to settings (flash settings), disable hardware acceleration and see if that fixes it.

If it does it means the decoder chip on your GPU is faulty.

Gpu = graphic processing unit. A.k.a / graphics card in some machines.

It's the part that processes image and color.

Hopefully the right clicking technique works for ya.
