HELP - Lebara Online Store is on my Natwest Statement - Fraud?!?

Found 10th Nov 2009
I've never heard of them, and they've taken £20 out of my current account (which is alot for my atm i'm afraid). I've looked through my emails and a search turns up nothing, and i've look all around those dates and i had no order emails, or despatch. What should i do?!?

Erm, contacting your bank would a good idea?
Google brings up online mobile top ups -- fraud.
Ok. its not another firms statement name then. My card expired and i had a new card come through today. hopefully i will be able to claim back the money and just keep my new card.

+ 1, I had the same amount taken from my account for a O2 top up, apparently it's quite common, they think you won't notice £20.00!
have you had a mobile/sim card from this company?
check your statement was it taken by direct debit?
remember your bank may make a charge if you query the payment and then find you authorised it.
I've seen them with a stand in kings cross st pancras... signing up new folks for SIM cards for cheap texts and international rates.

If definitely not your transaction you need to call your bank and dispute the transaction. They will most likely need to reissue you with new account if this is fraud/ suspected fraud

i had this done to me several times over a few week s 02 top ups best thing to do is contact the bank
sorted it with Natwest. they said it will take about 10days to sort out. the bloke on the phone was really helpful, although i'm now worried i didnt check previous statements well enough
